Sushi with Smoked Salmon
” Bamboo Rice is an aromatic, short-grain white rice infused with pure, fresh bamboo juice. Pale green and tender with bright, herbaceous flavor, it offers a sticky texture that makes it great for an Asian-style risotto, side or base for colorful sushi rolls. ” (Woodland Foods). This rice is used as the base for the sushi rolls. You can use any brand of (Kosher certified) bamboo rice found in health food stores, Whole Foods or on Amazon.
Stock

I’m a big fan of Lundberg Organic Short Grain Brown Rice. As a GFE (Gluten Free Eater) I use it as a substitute for barley in any recipe that would normally call for barley. You can find this at most grocery stores like Whole Foods or on Amazon.
Cajun Fried Chicken
Jeff Nathan’s Gluten Free Panko crumbs are, without a doubt, the absolute best gluten free panko crumbs on the planet. I particularly love the Cajun flavor. It’s spicy…but not too spicy. You can find it at you local Kosher grocery store or here.
Fresh Tomato Roast
Garlic infused oil adds a mild garlic flavor to your food. It’s especially useful for those that have trouble digesting actual garlic in recipes. You can find garlic infused oil at your local Whole Foods type store or at Target.

I had originally found the small Greek Chickpeas under the Arosis brand name. They are a little harder to find. Here is one you can get on Amazon.
Krokos Kozanis Greek Red Saffron in Filament Stigmata 1gr by Krocus Kozanis. This is the actual saffron used in this recipe. You can get it on Amazon, and I’ve found it a little cheaper on Ebay but not consistenly.
You can find loose safflower on Amazon. Please speak to your personal Rabbi about whether your safflower needs a Kosher certification.
Black Tahini
You can find black sesame seeds at your local grocery store or on Amazon. Make sure not to purchase toasted black sesame seeds.
